RETURN POLICY
Full-Price Merchandise
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, debit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. The current selling price will be credited if returned after 30 days and accompanied by the original invoice.
Sale-Price Merchandise
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, debit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. After 30 days, the sale product is not eligible for return or credit.
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Include the form in your return package.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All items must be returned in good condition to insure exchange.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of JesselBrizan.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
Making a Return or Exchange by Mail
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use a reputable courier service (e.g. UPS, FedEx) for your return. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
You can expect an exchange within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s). You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
